Oral and poster paper awards will be given to the first three researchers.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made either via bank transfer. For bank transfers, if you do not receive confirmation of your payment within 14 business days after the payment, please contact the Congress Secretariat. Payment must be made before the stated deadline that applies to your application.
Payment via Bank Transfer
All fees should be paid in USD ($), free of all bank charges. Participant’s Name/Last Name and Congress Name (as 5ICNR2024) must be indicated on the transaction receipt of the bank transfer. Following the payment, the receipt of the transaction will be sent to the Congress Secretariat automatically.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registration cancellation requests should be sent to the Congress Secretariat in writing (letter or e-mail), in accordance with the details provided below, under “Congress Secretariat”.
For registration cancellation requests received by congress secretariat:
Until 20 September 2024, a full registration fee refund will be given if requested if the registrant is not accepted into one of these support schemes. Until 1 October 2024-50 USD administrative fee will be deducted from all other registration fee refunds. From 1 November 2024- no refund can be processed.
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be provided to the participants only upon request; the Secretariat will not send this document automatically. The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (invoice details). Any change of such details (address, VAT number etc.) is possible only within 3 days from payment date and is subject to a registration fee.
